Great price but needs sanding

I think I like these little clips. A lot of my patchwork students get them from patchwork shops, of course. But since I already had clips from years ago, I never bought them. I recently needed these clips to sew on the piping for my quilts and decided to order this cute little tin. I put them in a big pretty box so I didn't have to try to put them back in the original tin. I received a variety of flowers for which I am grateful. They are tight but I have enough strength to open them. In any case, I want them to fit snugly to ensure they hold my fabrics in place. The price is great. The only downside, which is very important to me at this point, is that they still have the plastic protrusions from the molds. See my photos to get it. This is easy to fix. If they bore me, I'll bring them a nail file or sandpaper one night while I'm watching TV with my husband. Until then I will continue to use them as is. FYI - the nail file worked great! I'm assuming the ones that are expensive at quilt stores are perfect and have no plastic residue on them. hope this helps you One night when I'm watching TV with my husband, I include a nail file or sandpaper.
