The support team at noragist was very helpful in resolving any issues I had with my site during its development phase - they were always quick (and sometimes fast) responding! They took great care when customizing it exactly how i wanted as well; nothing too much work there either :) Great people who know their stuff! Would like them even better if you could have multiple developers working under one account or project manager but that's not something which can be helped here :).
