I like that it has all of my coworkers in one place so we can easily discuss things together, as well as being able to add comments directly into files for our team members without having them have an account with us. It's not very user friendly when trying to create new issues or something similar because you are required to know how to use git at least somewhat which is difficult if your workplace does not already require this knowledge from their employees prior to joining the organization. We've been using it since day 1 after launch and haven't had any complaints about its functionality. Code reviews help ensure quality coding standards within our development teams while improving productivity by reducing time spent reviewing changes made between branches/pull requests. This helps reduce bugs during production releases allowing companies to ship faster!
