It's easy to use for both the audio editors as well as the transcribers. We can upload files directly, there is no need to convert them first. The interface does not make it easy to navigate through files at times. Sometimes files get lost during uploading process and they are hard to retrieve unless you have a copy of the original file. I would suggest other software which gives more options for editing and uploading. You will be able to edit your files in real time before submitting them. Easy to use and user friendly.
