I bought this dual USB charger for my boat and .

I bought this dual USB charger for my boat and found that it not only drains my S8 smartphone but my friends iPhones as well. Bluetooth speakers didn't charge either. The phones and speaker showed that it was charging, and the case wasn't installed according to the instructions (it's not difficult to figure out how to connect the plus and minus wires either). I removed it and am looking for a replacement. There are forums for devices that run out of battery when connected to chargers. Research is needed so don't think it will work.
