The ease of use for all our staff members. It has allowed us to create an easy process for applicants with multiple questions or concerns. I also love having access from anywhere! There are some things we would like to see added but overall this program has been great so far. We have had over 1000 applications in just one week using this service. This allows our organization to focus on what matters the most - helping those who need it. I have used this product extensively for over 30 years in a number of different settings from local school board events to countywide volunteer day at our state fairgrounds. It has saved me tons of man hours by allowing for online entry as well as tracking data submissions. The ability to keep track of multiple projects with one system is awesome! There could definitely be some minor improvements but overall easy enough to learn, use and implement.
