My kids wear them as accessories
My two elementary school students go to school "in person" and like to wear them because they say they don't rub their ears and aren't "hot". The fabric is soft and the inner mesh is breathable. The adjustable shoulder straps are padded and the buckles are made of soft rubber. Easy on and off for my kids (8 and 10 years old).
