I like how easy it is to use in combination with our other applications such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom - you could also connect this application directly via Webex! As mentioned above we are using all those 3 apps together for business communications which makes things so much easier when working from home during COVID-19 pandemic situation. Nothing that i dislike at least yet because of my experience here but maybe more integration would be nice if there was one place where everything gets synced up again (emails/calendar etc.) So far no real issues encountered while running both day jobs and personal life simultaneously without too many interruptions thanks to these two tools set I like that all of my messages are stored in one location for easy retrieval when needed. Also it is very convenient to know if an employee has been assigned or not as they can check their status from any computer with internet access! Some aspects could be better such as time difference calculations but overall its great at keeping employees accountable which makes things run so much smoother. It also helps keep us organized and saves me hours every week just by checking our compliance scores daily.
