Review on 🌡️ CDN 12-Inch Silver IRL500 Long Stem Fry Thermometer by Payton Luna

I bought this to help me control the temperature of my milk when heating it to make yogurt. It's almost 13 inches long and has a great clip that allows you to raise or lower the thermometer stem to where you want it. If you pull it out of the holder and run your fingers over it from below, you will feel the thermal sensors. Note that you need to be at least 2.5 inches away for it to get accurate readings (that's a bummer). The sensor also has a step of 50, starting at 100º Fahrenheit, so it's quite difficult to find the 110º critical chilling temperature for milk (but I can't deduct a star for not doing something I never promised) . Design goes, it's cool that it's right below eye level so forward-thinking guys like me can see the dial and numbers, but I can't make out those markings. The holder has a clip and loop for ease of use and seems fairly responsive.
