Boy am I impressed. I tried another brand in my Hyundai Tucson and it didn't work very well. With this kit, it's almost as good as plugging an HID into a projector body. The line trim is sharp and after a small adjustment (turning the bulb about 20%) the hotspot is perfect. No CanBus error or flickering when car is on/AC only/off. However, I am a bit concerned about how hot they get in the sealed headlight housing. I will update if this gives me problems. I wanted the LEDs to stay on automatically and the night lights to stay on when the feature is unlocked/locked since the warm-up period affects the HID. For a 2018 Tucson I had to use a mounting bracket (got them on eBay for $1.99) and it was a little fiddly to install. There is enough room in the headlight housing to stow the ballast if you insert it before installing the clip, so I can reuse the factory dust caps and keep the light closed (very important in Florida). I am very happy with the light output and color. It's a little bluish but much better than your regular 6500K HID. I really hope they last a long time because so far this is the best alternative to halogens I've found. It's 2019, LED headlights should be standard equipment.
