Review on Topeak Mini 6 Folding Tool - Compact 2.6X 1.1x0.7-Inch, in Sleek Black Shade by Jason Martinez

Thoughtfully made and of high quality

Tried not to buy this. I figured it would be just as easy to carry a bunch of loose allen wrenches around in my backpack. But I just couldn't resist the new shine and I'm glad I didn't. You know that little, subtle joy in things that are really well done? This is how I feel when I hold this. It has all the sizes I need and none that I don't have (yes, there is no chain tool. I don't ride that much and actually don't know how to repair the chain myself (yet). I've tested this by adjusting my brakes (need them anyway, I don't just play around with brakes for fun) which require a variety of sizes and everything has been covered. Small enough to fit most places and snug on the handlebars so you get really good torque. There is no suitcase in the kit, but I found a suitable one in another article. So far the only negative about it is resisting the urge to use it around the house rather than saving it for the trail. You need it? Probably not if you have other allen wrenches that do the job in lower quality packaging. But if you're looking for a super compact and easy way to carry those essential tools on your bike (or anywhere else I think) then this is a decent option.
