Please contact Yonico first for instructions then you will be sure to buy these bits.

After reading the main criticisms of these three bird mouth tips on the Revain website for lack of instructions, I decided to email the company and request documentation before I could order. Jonico sent them a funny email the same day and they have very good instructions. I have ordered bits and made a 12, 8 and 6 sided box, all very nice. I have more boxes in the works. These nozzles use mathematical formulas that must be followed exactly to get the correct alignment of the joints. I've followed them and got almost perfect results the first time and every time since. Milling cutter height and stop depth can be set better if you have setting gauges, but since the numbers always vary depending on the thickness of the material, I finally decided to make my own settings out of wood. Cuts, which took a little time, helps with standard wood thickness, 1/2 inch in my case. Every time you change the thickness of the workpiece, you have to recalculate the height of the bit and the depth of the stop. Do not worry. It's pretty easy. With any router, I recommend cutting wood in stages, at least 3 passes. My cuts have come out very clean and straight because I first used flat wood and then also used the horizontal and vertical perforated boards recommended by Yonico. I totally agree. with this idea because it adds a couple of extra hands so you can use your own hands to feed the material through the router table more efficiently. Make sure you get their instructions. They show what I'm talking about. I've tried attaching a PDF here, but Revane Doe, we don't have that option. In terms of durability, the bits appear to cut cleanly without burning. I set my DeWalt router to the lowest speed to be careful and it works fine. The bits show no signs of deterioration. I look forward to many projects with them.
