I like that it's easy enought anyone can use, but if you want more functionality then there are different options out here (excel). It has all my current employees information in one place so i'm able t track them quickly during meetings/meetings w clients etc.. The only con would be time-consuming set up of new users as well sometimes when searching some names will not come back at top unless doing multiple searches! We have been using this since late last year now with no issues whatsover!! Easy system which saves alot compared from other programs we had used previously where people were getting confused trying too many things together.
