Many bird accessories have odd or limited attachments due to the large number of different cages. One or two single, heavy duty, or double pivots hold the tub in place. I don't use screws...too much trouble. Birds are used to swimming in puddles, they don't need deep water, they want to splash, not swim. lol So you don't have to fill it up, 1/2 to 1 inch. It is in order. Easy to remove. Simply unscrew the swivel and pull out the tub. Leave the twistems on the cage. The back support holds the tub well enough. (I added a peach string for convenience.) Add clean water AFTER you've washed and resealed the tub, I only use half a small yogurt cup. neat and simple. Be patient! Good luck.* My biggest budgie showed up after a few hours. Put in some celery leaves or your favorite leaves. to put them on. Bye. the best of the many, many baths I have tried. Good for Kongure or Corella. Their cocks will stick out. Good. The tub is neither flimsy nor flimsy.
