Dead on Arrival When I turned on the computer, the drive rack would turn on and turn on the fan for a few seconds, then turn off completely. The disks it contained were never recognized by the computer. The power buttons on the front did not work. I removed the drives and connected them directly to the motherboard and they worked. A refund started and awaiting a replacement. Update: I got a replacement and it failed too. It turned on correctly for about 30 seconds, then stopped working and just like the previous device, it wasn't working properly.
