I had purchased a different brand nail drill two weeks before purchasing this one. Within days of purchase, my first nail drill from a different company went stupid on me and would only work sporadically (like a couple of drill rotations every three or four seconds). The other brand drill was a higher price point also. This Bestidy nail drill has performed flawlessly from day one. It feels good in my hand. It is not very loud. It is pretty compact. Most of all, I love the fact that it holds a charge for a long time. I have done seven sets of nails and it is still going strong after the first charge. The tools that came with it are everything that I need to do a nice set of nails. I am a novice at this nail thing, but this nail drill helps to make me look like I have been doing it for a while, without having to spend a ton of time filing. It is easy to operate and doesn’t take up much space when put away in my box of nail equipment. Needless to say I am loving this one and giving it two thumbs up.
