Review on πŸ”§ W1611 Trolley Jack with Case - 2.25 Ton (4,500 lbs.) Capacity, Enhanced Performance Tool by Michael Jenkins

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A good, durable jack for transporting in the trunk of a car.

I was driving to the supermarket when the car started to move lower to the right. I knew something was wrong so I stopped, assuming I had a flat tyre. I parked safely in front of the houses and of course saw that the right front tire was flat. I figured that wouldn't be a problem and I would just change the tyre. I opened the trunk and was horrified to find that I didn't have a jack in the trunk. I usually carry a 2 ton Pro-LIft in the trunk of three of my cars. Then I remembered that the jack in that Ford car had rusted out because of rain getting into the trunk. I had two options: I could call a cab and go home and put the jack back in my car, or I could call Triple A. The tow truck arrived about 40 minutes later and I was on my way home, too late to go to the supermarket. I immediately went in search of a jack with a suitcase to carry in the trunk of this car. I ordered the Pro Lift but found it couldn't lift my Chevy high enough to remove the rear wheel. I looked again for the jack and case and saw the jack on the Performance Tools cart and case. I ordered it and received it within a week. I put a jack under the Chevy and it lifted the car up just enough and then just a little bit to get the tire off. I like everything about this jack including the color of the jack itself and the durable plastic housing. The jack weighs 27 kilos including the case. If you're looking for a jack to change tires on the go, this jack is for you.
