Not! Weak syringe sets fail at low pressures, which are easily achieved with normal venting. They fail at the junction with the connecting tube, they fail at the junction with the exhaust port, and then again around the piston seal. These three potential failure areas will leak air, forcing you to re-bleed the brake pressure many times until it is unsatisfactory.
