I wear a size 8-8.5C. Size 6D. I don't know how I got the D but that would explain the extra fabric around my fingers. I don't know why this company makes these sizes but after all the returns I'm still not happy with the fit and won't be buying them again. They are too big for the width of my foot and too narrow in everything else. I have started wearing my old ballerinas again - although I bought them as spares - I only wear socks with my old ones. It's also a bit ugly and not something you want to wear on stage. If they were true to size they might look better, but the games this company plays with size make it difficult to get results online.
