100% Canvas. Leather sole. Canvas split sole ballet shoe with elastic in place of binding and drawstring. Elastic contours to the foot, reduces pressure on Achilles tendon and the dorsal surface of the foot when it contacts the floor. Pre-sewn crossed instep elastics. Triangle canvas arch insert that hugs the foot when pointing. Forefoot outsole pad shaped to protect the metatarsals. No ridges, that may cause bruising when weight bearing on forefoot. Sizing: Start with 2 sizes down from street shoe.

Uncomfortable and ill-fitting dance shoes

According to my experience, these shoes were extremely uncomfortable and failed to provide any support or flexibility during dance class. While they were marketed as being suitable for a variety of sports, they were not well-suited for dancing and left me with sore feet after every use..

Comfortable and Versatile Workout Partner

These sportswear fit comfortably and securely without cutting into skin or limiting movement .We used them for a variety of other sports activities like Yoga, Pilates, and Weightlifting, and they performed impressively. The flesh hue blended in perfectly with the skin for an even aesthetic finish. Although the elastic doesn't last as long as expected they're still affordable and provide value for money. Based on our own experience, they are the perfect choice for Sports and Outdoors enthusiasts

but after all the returns i'm still not satisfied with the fit and won't buy it.

I wear a size 8-8.5C. Size 6D. I don't know how I got the D but that would explain the extra fabric around my fingers. I don't know why this company makes these sizes but after all the returns I'm still not happy with the fit and won't be buying them again. They are too big for the width of my foot and too narrow in everything else. I have started wearing my old ballerinas again - although I bought them as spares - I only wear socks with my old ones.
