I give the remote control five stars if it works. I bought two of these and one didn't work right away, the other worked right away and still works and works great! The one that didn't work was replaced very quickly and then I had another small issue with this remote which I had to resolve directly with Flipsky and they could not have been more helpful and considerate than a company that provides customers with excellent service , well i know that flipsky has a good reputation if you want something from them be prepared to at least return the item once i found that this is only true 30% of the time with their products but their customer service is so excellent and they're a company that helps promote electronic skateboarding, so I think it's worth a little more effort. and there and I just enjoy it when an electric skateboard company that sells DIY parts in China really cares about the quality of their products and really cares about their customers and really innovates in the sport. I am loyal to them for their great customer service and how well their products work when they work. I have never had a problem with any of their motors and I just got a vx3 remote then I will try it on my Lacroix Lone Star. So far it's been easy to install and the build quality has been pretty impressive. But when you get a working vx2, it works really well, and when not, you know you're going to have a good experience with their customer service.
