I love this yoga silk! I had taken quite a few aerial yoga classes, and loved the inverted poses as well as the overall workout. However, we recently moved to a rural area where these classes were not offered, so my husband suggested getting our own. I was nervous about the rigging and doing it ourselves, but it turned out fabulous. I looked up how to properly tie the silk onto the daisy chain on YouTube, and we mounted separate rigging into the joists of our exposed ceiling beams in our basement. I have found that the fabric stretches quite a bit, as to be expected, so I recommend tying it a bit higher than you immediately need.
