I have to say that I have used this brand in black style before with no problems. This silver back is garbage! I bought 3 packs. Opened 7/32 and 1/4 and had trouble lifting both! So I thought maybe it was my fault. I cleaned the parts, re-foiled and re-polished, and yes it started to rise! That's not all, but most of it. I've heard from many other stained glass artists having the same problem! Not good. Now I've never had a problem with a black backing so I'm not sure what's going on but save your money and buy another brand of black backing. Saves you a lot of hassle! he is the same
