Removes fat without having to lift a large pan
Great find. I make shepherd's pie, and even though I use lean beef, there's still some fat in it. This drains the fat without me having to strain to lift a large skillet. With age, the pan becomes heavier. I used it for the first time today. ππππππππππππππ
