Don't buy this one.

Didn't even get it in the oven. Poorly thought out. The dough has risen due to shape errors. The coating on the inside was also peeling off in places. I don't joke or lie about it. I'm actually in the garbage because of it. Acquisition of the American production of King Aurthor. More expensive but you get what you pay for.

The Pullman loaf pan has a lid and consistently bakes great bread
