I don't think this product deserves 1 star just because it didn't work for me. It's a great concept, it just doesn't work for my two dogs. This is my personal experience and not a very good one: I bought this double dog harness because I thought it would be a good idea to tie two dogs to just one harness buckle while we go on a trip. We have a truck so there are only 3 buckles in the rear cabin. Two kids get two buckles, so we have two dogs and only one buckle for two. Great idea to get a double leash right? Oh WRONG. I bought it well before our trip to give it a few test runs. The buckle clicked perfectly and I jumped in the driver's seat for our first test drive. I couldn't even leave the entrance. They were so entangled in each other's ropes that I honestly thought one of them was going to either choke or break a limb. But wait, the product description ensures that dogs cannot get tangled in this harness, right? Oh, WRONG again. Within a minute, two of my dogs disproved this theory. I'm sure it will work for some dogs that are soft and well trained, but my Goldendoodle and Whippet weren't ready for a relaxing backseat ride just yet. It was complete pandemonium. I couldn't even get a video or photo (which I'm happy to do for a review) as I was rightfully afraid for their safety. So I packed it up and reconfigured it.
