I am managing my facilities' maintenance department using this software, it's so easy to use even for inexperienced personnel. The interface and layout of the dashboard are really fantastic! You can manage all your employees with ease by showing their performance through time charts and graphs! It is quite expensive if you ask me but worth every penny spent as it delivers excellent results. If you want an efficient management system that will serve its purpose in terms of employee monitoring then go ahead and get it because it is the best out there. We have made great improvements over our previous process and we don't need too many staff members anymore because our tasks have got automated so much easier than before making us more productive and less stressed! The ease of use, the functionality, it's capability to be integrated with other systems such as MS Project and Navisworks. It has been easy for our team to learn how to navigate through this software. I would recommend that anyone looking into using Rosmiman consider both their current needs/requirements and what they are hoping to accomplish by implementing this system. We have used it primarily to track work orders and manage them more efficiently in regards to scheduling and tracking progress.
