Helped 9 year olds heels heal from Severs disease
My 9 year old had been having miserable heel pain, and diagnosed with several disease. We bought these to keep in all her shoes to let her heels heal. she likes the way the feel, and her pain has resolved. We like that she can easily swap them out into her soccer cleats, or to other shoes. She doesn’t have a problem with them slipping around, and they make such a difference she always remembers to make sure she is using them.
