It is very user friendly, easy to use with multiple users at one place in an organization as well across different locations of that same business entity. The reports are clear which makes it easier when you need them quickly! Nothing much yet I think they could improve their support team by adding more people who can assist customers during peak hours or even before & after office/business hrs so its always available 24*7 without any delay from customer end side!! Excellent asset tracking tool where all information related to assets like location history details etc., financials including depreciation schedule alongwith maintenance records gets updated seamlessly within few clicks making life simpler than ever!
