It is very user friendly, easy to use with multiple users at one place in an organization as well across different locations of that same business entity. The reports are clear which makes it easier when you need them quickly! Nothing much yet I think they could improve their support team by adding more people who can assist customers during peak hours or even before & after office/business hrs so its always available 24*7 without any delay from customer end side!! I like the fact that it is a cloud-based software and it is very easy to use. I don't like that it is not available in the app store, so it is not available to download on the go. I like that it has an option to link bank accounts, so we can pull in our balance sheet to easily see how much is owed by each of them. The reporting options are great as well! Sometimes there's difficulty uploading files (large excel spreadsheets) which could be addressed with better file handling or greater storage space but otherwise everything works very smoothly and seamlessly!
