Fits freely because new. if it's too tight, it's broken;
This product completely fixed my projector. I almost had to cut out the previous wedge because it broke, which is a known problem with headlights. It fell and twisted slightly until it fitted and locked into place. When you need to repair headlights. this is the part to get!
