My almost ten year old Golden Retriever was on the front lines lunging, jumping, rowing and running away from work when his head popped out of the collar he was wearing. He could also sit back and be distracted by what piqued his interest. Today all this stopped abruptly and ended with a long-awaited conclusion. After 5 minutes he realized that the only way to deal with that spiked collar was to stay on all fours (except in those emergencies of course). Despite numerous recommendations, I stayed away from this product. The fears were unfounded, and now both my four-legged friend and his owner can have a lot of fun walking.
