Coastal Pet 05592 BLK20 Harnesses Review

My long haired German Shepherd puppy found it easy to loosen the links as she got older! The black mesh connection is perfect for snapping and opening the neck to put on and take off for the perfect fit! I've used an anti-theft chain before but to no avail. Now she listens to me!

I found the teeth too big for a medium sized dog. Compared to the one below, Sprenger, this one's too sharp. I tried sending it back but the return postage is the same as the purchase price so I figured I'd just leave a review, throw it away and save myself the postage.

Great Training Collar. The closure makes it very easy to put on and take off and does not irritate the dog. Other products have a chain link that usually hangs low and can be bitten by dogs. It's a great deal, too, since pet store options typically range from $40 to $60 and don't even have a nylon clasp. Perfect fit for my 80lb GSD.

After looking at several similar collars we settled on this one because of the rounded and finished hem used on the border side. Additionally, the snap-on body is durable, slips easily over your head and holds up well. Fitting was very easy and we removed a few links from the collar to fit our dog. Immediate difference in "lung" and "pull". He's like a new dog! :-)

works as advertised. It's easy to remove links to make them smaller. Lightweight and durable. Worked like a charm the first time I used it. I put it on my dog when I walk him, along with his regular collar. If she starts to pull I just switch the leash to this collar and leave the regular collar on. When I come back it comes loose easily and I tuck it away until the dog starts pulling again. It is definitely not recommended to leave it tethered to a dog and unattended as they may panic when…

We bought two of these collars for our 55 Poodle and 30 Terrier. Adjusting the length of the collar to fit the size was simple and easy. We only removed links until they fit perfectly. The collars have a clip so you don't have to put the collar on the dog's head to put it on. We used to have all-metal collars. Functionally they are just as good. I don't know why I didn't buy this collar sooner! I have been using a spring clip collar on my German Shepherd for 2 years and have enjoyed being in control of my dog but the spring clip would sometimes get stuck in the chain and actually opened up a few times causing the collar to fly off my dog.
