This product was sent to us in not very good condition. The box itself was damaged, but the box inside was completely unprotected and dented. We decided that if this shipping damage was the only issue we could still work with a crate for our destructive restless dog. We put the box together and the number of issues we found was very disturbing. All places where the box was welded looked terrible, crooked and unreliable. The piece of wire our dog was lying on was so fragile and didn't even fit properly in the cage so he just moved about with a few inches of clearance on each side. The dents from shipping damage were small, but they impacted the crate very severely, causing the main frame to sag severely at the bottom of the crate. Shipping damage and thought I'd give the seller another chance. I asked for a replacement and offered to send it back. Their response was not to send it back and they would refund me a very small portion of the cost (it's been a long time but I think it was about $20 of the $250 I paid). I was completely blown away by this horrible offer as I hadn't even used the crate and seen so many red flags for poor workmanship. I've been using these indestructible cages for years and usually buy a new one for my 8 year old dog every year or two and quickly switched to another brand that seems much more reliable and safer.
