I bought this system for my truck and caravan. The system is very easy to set up and I love the 12v plug. I didn't have to dig through my truck's wiring, I just plugged the system in. Power flows through the wire so there is no need to search for power for the trailer backup camera like my old system did. I didn't have to rip the wiring out of the trailer to power the system. This setup doesn't use AVI cables, which never bothered me. It comes with 4-pin connectors that mate exactly with a locking ring. Does not wobble and does not pick up dirt. The monitor has a very clear and sharp image with many adjustments and settings. I have a dual camera system, one on the rear bumper of my truck that I made removable and one on the rear bumper of my 19ft RV that is a license mount camera and is permanent. I use the truck's camera only when reversing to the hitch, remove the camera, unscrew the camera cable, screw it into the trailer's cable and have a backup camera behind the trailer. This is a great rear view and I can clearly see the traffic behind my trailer. It's also great for holding the pendant in place. I like the system and can leave my components in until I need them. Super quick installation. Less than 5 minutes when I want to use it. They sell this system with a camera and do not sell the additional camera separately. After purchasing the above system.
