I like that it is easy for me as an administrator of my organization's website (Sofo) to see all our data in one place. It would be nice if we could have more control over what gets displayed when someone searches or browses through our site. Also, there are some areas where functionality seems limited compared with other tools out there such as Adobe Analytics. For example, you can't create custom dashboards using this tool. This makes sense because their focus has been primarily around tracking page views rather than providing additional analytics features. However, it does not seem possible to use third party applications within Sofo without having those apps integrated into your own application which limits its usefulness somewhat. We're solving two problems at once here - both being able to track user behavior online and also provide access to historical reporting via Excel files so we know how people interact with us across different channels.
