Sturdy, versatile, not heavy. Good enough for home exercise.

It is easy to assemble. Just a few steps even without the manual book. Not heavy but sturdy. It is stable to set on the floor and also easy to move around. The bench surface is just the right hardness for exercising. The seat and the back can be adjusted to different degrees. Versatile enough for me.
