Disappointing Luxury and Self-Care in Cuba

I had heard great things about CUBACO, and as a beauty junkie, I was eager to give their goods a try. I had high hopes for this business, but my interactions with them were terrible. To begin, the storefront wasn't nearly as spectacular as advertised. Instead of being whisked away to a world of opulence and pampering, I was welcomed by a chaotic mess that did nothing to ease my mind or spirit. The products also did not measure up to their billing in terms of quality. The shampoos and lotions I bought didn't measure up to expectations and left me feeling unsatisfied. One of the products actually caused my skin to become dry and irritated due to a negative response. Also, the quality of assistance provided to customers was very low. The workers didn't appear to care much about their work. I felt unheard and dissatisfied because they were dismissive and unhelpful when I attempted to voice my concerns about the goods. My time spent with CUBACO as a whole was disappointing. I had hoped that this would be my entry into a world of pampering and opulence, but instead it was a letdown. If you're on the hunt for luxurious cosmetics and toiletries, I wouldn't suggest shopping here.
