I like that you can use it with other programs, such as Microsoft Office 365 apps for emailing documents or using SharePoint Online docs in your workflows so there is no need to have separate software installed locally which makes life easier! The system itself has some quirks when syncing between different devices (mobile vs desktop). It's not very intuitive at times but once everything gets set up correctly its great though!! You should try this if looking into something similar because of how easy they make things look compared to others out their who are more expensive than KrystalDms!
