I use this device to run my car diagnostics, as well as check engine light codes for any potential problems within our vehicle's systems! It is very user friendly - it has all of your necessary tools right at your fingertips! Nothing that we dislike about this product; however there are some things you should know before purchasing such items like batteries compatibility etc., but otherwise great tool!! This can be used by anyone who needs more detailed diagnosis in their vehicles or computers (just make sure they have internet access!) Great price point too if needed multiple times throughout one year span. We were able solve issues regarding faulty sensors/components from previous service provider which was causing random failure upon starting up system & running diagnostic tests when new battery installed. As long as Internet connection available then no worries :) If having trouble finding specific code(s), just type into search bar what part number you need help identifying. Also helpful feature.
