I wore this cute band for about 2 weeks before I had to use it again! I have a slightly wider wrist and this strap was too tight for me. I loved the fabric, color and look too! Too narrow for a wide wrist. I usually wear a small strap from the 3rd or 4th to the last notch so I wouldn't say my wrists are XL, more like medium. Just be careful! The tape was also a little annoying because the fabric slid freely around the entire perimeter so the seams didn't line up with the edges of the tape and the fabric could bunch up at one end. Overall it's well built and very cute if you have skinny wrists!
