
No kidding. He made my pizza in about 2 minutes. In fact, I digested it to my liking on the first try. The second time I left the ring around the pizza until I saw the crust just starting to brown (about 60 seconds) and then peeled it off. This allowed the cheese to melt and caramelize more before the rind turned too black. You just have to get used to opening the oven and pulling out the rack to check the progress as you can't see your pizza on the ring from the oven window. Brilliant!
