I LOVE. no flakes or particles that I've read mentioned being mentioned. Just great ice cream fast and love the size especially the way they deflate. UPDATE: I really like how these bowls empty, but now my fingers get very cold and sore when emptying the bowls. I'm sure the solution is obvious to almost everyone, but in case there are others like me, here's how I do it now: I put the trays in the sink, fill them with warm/hot water and just cover the bottom third of the trays, then simply remove and empty, and no painful numbers! No! (full disclosure: pictured with trays filled with water; I've already emptied the ice)
