It was so easy to set up, use multiple vendors at once with one account (great feature of this software).

There are better features out there for creating virtual vaults but not all providers offer them if you choose another platform like ours then its very obvious that your looking somewhere else when they do have said options available! I would say create some basic contracts beforehand in terms or confidentiality clauses ect - make sure everything works well prior even using any services from these companies otherwise clients will be confused why their files were encrypted during transfer without being given much details about what happened etc.
