Product never worked
Unfortunately when I got the Shark steam mop from like new electronics it didn't work. The mop should produce steam within 30 seconds of being turned on. 3 minutes after turning on, with a loud squeak of the engine, there was still no steam and the wiper body began to heat up. I hope to find a replacement quickly so that I can give a good review in the future.
