🦈 Shark Professional Steam Pocket Mop S3601: Efficient Cleaning Solution for Spotless Floors Review

I love this steam mop! I have 2 large dogs and all floors are laminate. This greatly simplifies cleaning. I no longer have to get out a mop and bucket and wait for the floor to dry. Also, I don't have to worry about dogs swallowing the floor cleaner because the steam mop only uses water. It cleans everything from dirty paw prints to sticky spots. I highly recommend this mop.

Unfortunately when I got the Shark steam mop from like new electronics it didn't work. The mop should produce steam within 30 seconds of being turned on. 3 minutes after turning on, with a loud squeak of the engine, there was still no steam and the wiper body began to heat up. I hope to find a replacement quickly so that I can give a good review in the future.

This steam cleaner must be second hand or refurbished. That's the worst. I had the same one for 10 years and it was amazing but recently it stopped working so I ordered it thinking I would get the same product. The minute I turned it on there was an insane and horrible noise and strong vibration. The thing has no power, the vapor is not strong at all and stops working after 30 seconds. i will return it I am extremely disappointed. I'll go to the store to get one.

I ordered this in perfect condition and the only thing missing was the fabric. When I received it, the box was clearly in bad shape, the steam cleaner had lots of dents and scratches, the cord was dirty, and to top it all off, it didn't work when I plugged it in. This should never have been listed as perfect condition, I don't normally buy returned items but they said the mop had not been used and the only reason it was sold for less was the lack of fabric. Never again !

This is the second, if not the second, Shark steam cleaner I have. Costco used to carry them and I bought an easy return prototype there. The model I ordered from Revain actually came from Overstock.com which was amazing and it's a different model but the design is basically the same except for the lasts. This model does not have a larger or triangular head; However, I rarely, if ever, used these attachments. I hope that the pad with a different fabric design will clean the crevices better than

Just used this over the weekend to steam my aged oak floors. I wanted to remove years of dust, dirt and grime from other wood grain residents, not to mention the dirt that I, 2 cats and a German Shepherd brought with me. I bought a Shark Professional steam mop to replace a Bissell steam mop that died after 5 years. I have to say I miss my Bissell. While this shark is fine, it doesn't do the job as well as my Bissell. I mainly feel this because the steam escapes up and out of the piece that is touching the ground. This leads me to believe that not much vapor gets to the real ground.
