It was a spontaneous purchase although I always wanted to try. I always have bags under my eyes and my eyes often swell. I also have a problem with one of my eyes where (I think) something is happening to the tear duct and my eye is watering a lot. I had an unpleasant procedure, but it didn't help. Ok, long introduction. I really like this product. We love it, especially around the eyes. I really feel like it helps with my erratic gait and when I use it my eye is less "watery". I love chilling it. The coolness feels heavenly! I chose rose quartz instead of jade. Having studied different types of crystals before, I recall that rose quartz is said to promote harmony, universal love and inner peace. I like the concept; and to be honest i was a fan of pink lol! It comes in a nice little box. The box did have an SKU label on the front, but it was easy to remove. I wish the instructions were more detailed, especially on how to use Gua Sha. However, I found more than enough information and advice on YouTube. I looked at several similar products but settled on this one because it looked like the best quality at a reasonable price. I'm glad I got it!
