Difficult to install

First, my motorcycle is Hyosung. The steering stem nut is a cap, not a hollow nut. It had to be removed (30 head and torque wrench). It was then replaced with a replacement hollow nut (Honda steering stem nut, 32mm socket, fine thread, torqued to 59-74 ft-lbs). Be careful with the super glue you find in the box to fix this. Assembly order: 1) Degrease the top 1 1/8" of the steering stem first. 2) The bottom pocket nut that holds the bottom nylon locknut does not hold the bottom of the rubber shaft. Unroll the blue nylon on top of the locknut so that it can be tightened past the top of the bolt.I cut the bottom of the rubber stud to match the 8 notches of the pocket nut to keep the nut from turning. This allowed the lock nut to further tighten, compress, the rubber shaft for a snug fit and expand No need for superglue Completely removable.
