I'm writing this review 6 months after I received the Flip Blade Style beard comb and have been using it for 6 months (my friends think it's the coolest has been since the gangs used switchblades in West Side Story) I love it so much. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because of my problem. However, I notified Royal Imperial and they sent me a replacement immediately (same day) with no questions asked. I work for a large Fortune 500 company as a Quality Engineer. We realized that we have to be "customer centric" if we want to develop our business further. Looks like Royal Imperial will get 'it' too. Thank you Royal Imperial.
