You've completely changed my relationship with sleep. I have struggled with insomnia for most of my life - falling asleep slowly, waking up easily, constant thinking/worrying etc - but these little headphones have changed my life. I've tried countless earplugs but find that silence with them is "too loud" and most are extremely uncomfortable. Now I wear them almost every night along with the amazing Serenity app and my sleep has greatly improved. In terms of comfort, they are more comfortable than I expected. If you sleep in the back, you have no problem. Personally, I sleep on my side/stomach, but have learned to position my head so that I barely feel the headphones. My only complaint is purely cosmetic. The device housing the noise canceling switch is huge. If I were to take these headphones with me somewhere outside the home, it might bother me more for portability reasons, but I only use them to sleep to cope.
